1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Blue Forest's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Description
Blue Forest specializes in:
- Corporate event planning and execution
- Team building activities and workshops
- Custom event solutions and consulting
- Event venue selection and management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Event bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum 30% deposit required to secure booking
- Full payment due 14 days before event date
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, major credit cards
- Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 14-29 days before event: 50% of total cost
- 7-13 days before event: 75% of total cost
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Force majeure events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on our website and in our events are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark rights
- Intellectual property regulations
Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability and Insurance
Our liability policy includes:
- Professional liability insurance coverage
- Event-specific insurance requirements
- Participant safety protocols
- Emergency response procedures
Clients are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their participants.
7. Participant Conduct
All event participants must:
- Follow safety instructions and guidelines
- Respect other participants and staff
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- Not engage in discriminatory or harmful behavior
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
8. Photography and Media
By participating in our events:
- You grant us permission to use event photos/videos for marketing
- We respect privacy preferences when explicitly stated
- Professional photography requires prior authorization
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to:
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Government actions or regulations
- Public health emergencies
- Other circumstances beyond our control
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Initial informal negotiation
- Mediation if necessary
- Luxembourg courts as final resort
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
